You start with a blank piece of fabric and then, stitch by stitch, hours later a work of art has been created. Framing your needle art is the best way to protect and display your creation.
The mounting method is very important with needle art as that is what most affects the longevity of the piece. It should be stretched over an acid free substrate to remove any wrinkles and line up your stitches. Over the past 50 years we have stretched and framed thousands of pieces of needle art. Our mounting methods will keep your art looking great and are also reversible. No permanent alterations are made when mounting.
Fabric art can be framed with or without matting. If mats are not used, an acrylic liner called Frame space should be placed in the frame to create an air space between the glass and the art.
