Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are these the only Georgia diploma frames that you have?
A: No. We show and sell online our most popular UGA diploma frames but we are a full service custom frame shop with hundreds of frames from which to choose.

Q: Can I get a matching frame for my certificates and awards?
A: Yes. We have several styles of certificate frames that use a smaller black frame with the same finish as the black diploma frame.

Q: Do I need a professional to install my diploma into the frame?
A: No. Our diploma frames are equipped with bendable tabs for easy installation and we provide the acid free tape to hinge your diploma to the mat.

Q: Do you have any mats or frames with Georgia seal or with the school name?
A: We have both a single and double diploma frame with a 3D Georgia G. We do not however, have a mat with the Georgia seal or The University of Georgia stamped on it because both are present on the diploma.

Q: If I buy online do I have to pay tax?
A: Georgia law does not require us to charge sales tax for sales shipped outside of Georgia.

Q: What type of glass should I use?
A: All of diploma frames come with premium clear glass which filters out about 30% of harmful UV rays. Upgrading to our conservation clear glass will protect your diploma from fading by filtering out 99% of the harmful UV rays.

Q: What is the biggest difference between your diploma frames and other companies?
A: Our attention to details. For example: On the bottom red mat for our diploma frames we use a red that has a black core. This small 1/16 of an inch of black highlights the black lettering and makes the diploma “pop”. We also use the highest quality framing materials available.

Q: Should I pre-order my diploma frame or do you keep plenty in stock?
A: It is helpful if you can pre-order. We do get very busy around graduation and can’t always guarantee we’ll have the style you want in stock. If you pre-order we can also set your diploma frame aside until you are able to pick it up.

Q: Can you install my diploma?
A: Yes, for most diploma frames there is a $30.00 fee for installation which includes dry mounting your diploma and finishing the back of the frame with a dust cover. We usually ask for two to three days for installation. Under special circumstance we will do our best to meet your needs.
